Refunds
When and how money goes back to the balance or to your wallet.
To the balance — at once
In these cases the money goes back to the balance automatically or by an admin's decision, with no request:
- a moderator rejected the banner and the dates can't move;
- a placement was stopped by our mistake or wasn't shown through our fault;
- you cancelled an order before paying — the hold is released, nothing is charged.
To your wallet — on request
The unspent balance can be refunded on request to support. We refund in USDT to the wallet the money came from, on the same network, minus the network fee of the transfer. Requests are handled within 14 days.
Not refunded
Money for days that have passed and for placements stopped for breaking the site rules. We also can't return coins sent on the wrong network, to the wrong address or in the wrong coin if they never reached us.
A transfer wasn't credited
If you sent another amount, were more than 3 days late or the transfer hasn't shown on the balance within an hour, write to support: the account, amount, network and the transaction hash from your exchange or wallet history. We check it and credit it.
